The Hybrid Method

The Hybrid Method is a self-guided digital fitness and nutrition programme sold for $30 USD. The product description shown before checkout forms part of your purchase. Access is for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use only.

Orders, payment and delivery

Your order is accepted when Shopify confirms it. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout. Digital access is delivered to the email address used for the order. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and checking spam or promotions folders.

Digital cancellation rights

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases. If you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the cancellation right will end when access or downloading begins, the change-of-mind right ends once access begins, where permitted by law. Statutory rights for faulty, missing or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

Fitness and nutrition information

The programme provides general educational information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results vary. Exercise and dietary changes involve risk. Consider your health, experience and circumstances, use suitable equipment and technique, and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before starting if you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms, take medication, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the programme is suitable for you.

Intellectual property and permitted use

You may download and use the programme for your own personal use. You must not reproduce, share, resell, upload, distribute or commercially exploit the programme, except where the law expressly permits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
