Digital products

The Hybrid Method is downloadable digital content sold for $30 USD. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Change of mind

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases. If you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the cancellation right will end when access or downloading begins, the change-of-mind right ends once access begins, where permitted by law.

If digital access has not started, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will review the request against the delivery status and applicable law.

Faulty, missing or misdescribed content

Your statutory rights still apply if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied. If your download does not arrive or cannot be opened, we will first help restore access and will provide any remedy required by law.
