Refund & Return Policy

At Realhumanprotocol, we want you to win. Because we sell different types of products, we have different rules for how refunds and returns work.

1. Digital Products (Guides & Protocols)

When you buy a digital product (like a PDF or a video course), you get access to it immediately.

  • No Refunds: Because you cannot "un-read" or "return" a digital file once you have it, all sales of digital products are final.

  • Access Issues: If you have trouble downloading your file, please email us at realhumanprotocol@gmail.com and we will make sure you get it.

2. Physical Products (Supplements)

We want to make sure your "Real Human" fuel arrives in perfect condition.

  • Faulty or Defective Items: If your supplement bottle is broken, the seal is ripped, or the product is defective, you do not need to mail it back to us.

  • Easy Replacements: Just send a photo of the damaged item to realhumanprotocol@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it. We will ship you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

  • Changed Your Mind: Because supplements are health products, we cannot accept returns if the bottle has been opened or the seal is broken.

3. How to Start a Request

To ask for a replacement or report an issue:

  1. Email us: realhumanprotocol@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Attach a photo (if the physical product is damaged).
