Build Your Hybrid Split
Follow five mapped training days with calisthenics first, targeted weights second and two active-recovery days.
For men who train but still look soft: calisthenics first, targeted weights second.
Biography
I stopped treating calisthenics and weights as competing methods. Calisthenics gave me bodyweight control; weights supplied the targeted volume I used to shape my physique.
At 68kg, my personal training numbers include +60kg dips, +50kg pull-ups and a 110kg bench for reps. Those are my results after years of training. They are not typical results or six-week promises.
The Hybrid Method maps that same order across six weeks: calisthenics first, targeted weights next, conditioning after, then a weekly review.

Use beginner options, band-assisted variations and a four-week path towards stronger pull-ups, chin-ups and push-ups.
Use the optional, safety-screened 72-hour watermelon reset, then build animal-based meals with practical portions and flexible timing.
Use hunger, waist, photos and weekly weight trends to adjust one food variable at a time instead of guessing.
Follow the 20-minute StairMaster progression, or use the listed treadmill, hill, walking and jogging alternatives.
Run a 10-minute weekly audit across weight, waist, photos, steps, sessions, energy and sleep before changing the plan.

The guide includes a watermelon-only protocol for up to 72 hours, with screening, medication warnings, hydration guidance, stop signs and a transition back to balanced meals. It is not a zero-calorie fast, detox, treatment or guaranteed weight-loss method.
Skip it if it is inappropriate for your health, medication, eating history or circumstances. The six-week training and animal-based meal framework can be started without completing the reset.

FAQ
Everything you should know before starting the six-week programme.
It is for men who can train five days per week in a full gym and want bodyweight strength alongside targeted muscle. It is not a home-only, three-day, rehabilitation or bespoke training plan.
No. The guide includes assisted pull-ups and chin-ups, elevated push-ups, bench dips and inverted rows.
Neither. Calisthenics opens the session while targeted weight training supplies the muscle-building volume that follows.
The guide includes an optional 72-hour watermelon reset with screening, medication warnings, hydration guidance, stop signs and a transition back to balanced food. It then moves into an ongoing animal-based meal framework. The reset is highly restrictive, not a zero-calorie fast, detox or medical treatment, and it is not required to begin the six-week programme.
No. This is a self-guided digital programme with every training day and progression rule already mapped for you.
Six weeks is the programme duration, not a guaranteed transformation. Results vary with starting point, execution, nutrition, recovery and consistency.
