What to include

- A clear description of the problem.
- A screenshot where useful, with sensitive information removed.
Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords or private medical records by email.
Digital access
The Hybrid Method is delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
If your access email has not arrived, check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Confirm that you are checking the email address used at checkout.
If a supplied link or file does not work, email us with your order information and the device or browser you are using.
Billing and refunds
For an unfamiliar charge, duplicate payment or incorrect order detail, contact us with the order number and transaction date. Do not email complete card information.
