Digital Product Guarantee and Access Support

LeanMaxx digital products are designed to give you a clear, practical system you can use immediately after purchase.

14-day digital product guarantee

If you decide within 14 days of purchase that a LeanMaxx digital product is not a fit, email realhumanprotocol@gmail.com with the email used at checkout and your order number. We will review and process an eligible refund to the original payment method.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. It does not limit your statutory rights.

Getting access

Use the same email address at checkout and when signing in. Shopify sends a one-time code; no password is required. After signing in, open Member Access to see paid products attached to that account.

If access does not appear

Email realhumanprotocol@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. Do not send payment card details, passwords, health records or private photographs.

Privacy and product scope

Progress entries and optional photos inside the LeanMaxx member app are stored in the browser on the device you use. They are not uploaded to Valar Mode by the member app. You can export a private backup or delete local app data from the Help area.

LeanMaxx provides general fitness education and is not medical care. Follow the in-product safety screen and seek individual guidance from an appropriately qualified professional when needed.
