Shipping policy

Digital delivery

All products currently sold by VALAR are digital. Nothing is shipped and no delivery charge applies.

After successful checkout, access is provided through the confirmation page, email, or the delivery method stated on the product page. Delivery timing can be affected by payment processing, an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or a technical issue.

If access does not arrive

Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. If access is still missing, use the VALAR contact form or email realhumanprotocol@gmail.com with your order number. VALAR will help restore access.

If VALAR introduces a physical product in future, the applicable delivery terms will be shown before purchase and this policy will be updated.
